How we handle your data

What we receive

Only what you send in a request via the Telegram bot or the website form: name, contact, task description, files and your calculator choices. From Telegram, also your profile name and username.

Why

To reply to you, estimate the project and prepare a commercial proposal. We do not send newsletters, sell data or share it for advertising.

Who else receives it

Telegram, if you write to the bot. Groq, the AI service that helps the bot answer questions and translate the conversation: it receives the text of your messages. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Where and how long it is stored

On our server. Unfinished requests are deleted after 30 days, server logs with IP addresses after 14 days. Requests are kept while we work with you and deleted earlier on request.

Cookies and analytics

There are none. The website only remembers your chosen language in your browser.

How to see or delete your data

Write to support@codewright.cc or to the Telegram bot — we reply within a working day.
